How to use Bernadette's secret wellness mix!

These little puddings are packed with goodness and are perfect for meal prepping! Simply make ahead and store in the fridge. Perfect as a quick breakfast or midday snack! High in fibre, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, minerals and protein of course.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Bernadette’s Secret Wellness Mix
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for extra texture and fibre)
1/2 tbsp Metamucil - Smooth Orange
2 tbsp frozen raspberries
1/4 cup soy milk
Water to top up

Method:

  1. In your container or jar, combine Bernadette’s Secret Wellness Mix, chia seeds (if using), Metamucil, frozen raspberries, and soy milk.

  2. Top up with water until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.

  3. Stir thoroughly to combine.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the pudding to set.

  5. Enjoy!


Tips:

  • Leave as is or top with your favourite toppings like fruit or nuts or yoghurt!
