For the past 18 years, Bernadette has been enjoying this simple yet powerful mix that her body absolutely loves! It’s packed with goodness and super easy to incorporate into your daily routine for a health and wellness boost.
Ingredients:
250g LSA
1 cup Psyllium husk
1/2 cup Soy lecithin
1/2 - 1 cup Black chia seeds (depending on your love for chia!)
Method:
Simply mix everything together in an airtight container and you're done!

This mixture will stay fresh for a few months, and is perfect to make ahead of time!
