Ingredients:
1 egg
200g cottage cheese
400g brown lentils
1 packet of mushrooms
A pinch of Murray River Salt
Method:
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place the tops on a lined baking sheet.
Whisk the egg in a bowl.
Mix in the cottage cheese, brown lentils, and a pinch of salt.
Scoop the lentil mixture onto the mushroom tops.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
