Completing her Masters at Flinders University in 2021, Bernadette now practices independently while collaborating with a network of clinicians. Dedicated to continuous learning, she ensures high-quality, multidisciplinary care tailored to her patients' needs.

Elissa is Medicura’s experienced Dermal Clinician, known for her genuine passion for skin health and her holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment. With a Bachelor of Dermal Science from Victoria University and years of hands-on experience in both clinical and beauty settings, Elissa has treated a wide range of skin concerns — from acne, pigmentation, and rosacea to age-related changes and overall rejuvenation.

She believes that achieving healthy, glowing skin goes far beyond surface-level treatments. Elissa focuses on treating the skin as a whole, taking into account each patient’s lifestyle, environment, and long-term goals to create personalised, results-driven treatment plans.

Her favourite treatments include mesotherapy, microneedling, custom facials and chemical peels — often pairing these with LED light therapy to enhance skin repair and radiance. Elissa is known for having a good laugh and her warm, approachable nature making her patients feel completely at home. She’s thorough, detail-oriented, and takes pride in explaining the “why” behind every recommendation so her patients feel informed and empowered throughout their skin journey.
